The Accessory Plus Package includes small furniture, rugs, art work, lighting, bedding + pillows, towels, dishware, throw pillows + blankets, plants, accessories, etc. Curb appeal or patio styling can be included as well.

Up to two Staging Refreshes are included. A refresh is where a home stager comes on the day of photos and before the first showings or open house starts to refresh the space. We restyle any items that were moved inadvertently while sellers were living there, steam bedding and linens, and do a quick vacuum if needed. Sellers love this perk! They don't have to worry about keeping their home photo or show ready. Leave it all to us!

A Furniture Package includes all furniture to complete a room. Main rooms are the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom(s), and the Primary Bedroom + Bathroom. Additional rooms can be included as well as front curb appeal and patio styling.

The Accessory Plus Package includes small furniture, rugs, art work, lighting, bedding + pillows, towels, dishware, throw pillows + blankets, plants, accessories, etc. 

Up to two refreshes are included. Even though the home is vacant, it's nice to have someone checking in on it to make sure it's continually show ready. We'll make sure everything is still styled and cleaned during the refreshes.

Together, we will focus on using what you already have to create a more functional and stylish space that feels more like you! It's a very budget friendly option that yields a big transformation! We'll make small tweaks like rearranging furniture, maybe adding a few accessories and organizing your space to help create a home you love! 

We'll have your space transformed in just five short hours!

First is the 30-60 minute initial meeting where we'll tour your space and figure out what your style and Whole House Color Scheme is. We'll also go over your budget for additional pieces and you'll receive guidance on how to prep for our next install meeting.

The second meeting is where the magic happens and can be between 1-4 hours long, depending on the scope of your re-design. We'll come back with a new layout plan, re-style your space with what you already have, and give you the option of purchasing any additional pieces.

(Starts at $399 and does not include additional pieces. Any time past 5 hours total on the project will be billed at $50 per hour. Ask about our multiple room discount.)
